Well…….How many Trophy Sponsors have you gotten????
The Happening will be here before you know it. Right now the Trophy Sponsor deadline looks like it will be around April 1st.
Or………How about Happening Event Sponsors. A $250
Sponsorship donation will get their name on our Happening T-Shirt.
This is the 20th. year of our Happening Car Show so let’s make it our best one yet.
Last year we gave $5000 to our Charity The N. County Veterans Assoc. in Oceanside. Lets see if we can top it this year. This year they will have a table set up with one of their reps and he will be handing out Brochures.
I have also emailed Dave Stall at KUSI regarding us being on TV the Sunday before the Happening (April 15th.) If all goes well we will be able to promote our Happening on that date (April 15th.). I am waiting for their okay for that date. We will need at least 6 cars to be there. If you would like to be on TV please let me know. If we get the okay we will have to be at the Studio by 7AM that Sunday (yes 7AM). After our Happening “TV Special” we go to breakfast. Please let me know.
I have also emailed Steve Waldron regarding “Club Night On Grand”. I asked for Friday July 20th. Keep your fingers crossed.
At this time I would like to welcome our new members that were voted in at our January meeting. A big Heartbeat Classics welcome to Kevin Coughlin and Larry and Sharon Ayo. Hope to see you guys at a lot of Car Shows and Club functions.
On February 23rd., 24th. & 25th. The Big 3 Swap Meet will take place at Qualcomm Stadium. We will have a booth there. If have car parts to sell come join us at our Booth. You must be at the booth to sell your parts. For more info see me at our meeting on the 15th.
